We deliver with Sendle a registered B Corp and Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service partnering with South Pole.

We’ve got you covered with our Sendle network reaching all states and territories. We can deliver to most residential or business addresses.

Availability of courier option time will be dependent on location & delivery instructions supplied.

Deliveries between the hours 9:00 and 20:00 Monday – Friday.

Approximate delivery times will be emailed at time of order confirmation.

Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

The goods will not be delivered if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Payment: No obligation to deliver the goods will arise, until we accept your order, and payment is received.

Risk and Title: Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the Delivery Address

Limitation of Liability: To the extent that we breach any condition or warranty implied into the arrangement between us and you and which cannot be excluded or modified, Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd, liability is limited to, at our discretion.

Amendments: We may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Contract. We will notify you of any substantial changes to these terms & conditions. Your use of our service after notice will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.
