7 Day Money Back Guarantee

Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd we are all about our customers.

We have a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

We ask that you contact us within the 7-day period, once delivery has been received.

To be eligible, the customer must request a refund by email admin@neamwinesplus.com.au , within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once contacted our staff will make pick up arrangements.

Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd staff will respond with directions that must be adhered to.

Your refund will consist of, the products original price at the time of purchase, excluding any opened bottles corresponding to the original order.

The 7-day period will begin, once the delivery has been received.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

Products are to be returned in the original packaging, and in a condition where Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd can resell the product. Any opened bottles or products with broken seals or damaged labels will be classed as nonreturnable/refundable.

We ask our customers to return the products, with the same level of care and service as provided on delivery.

Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd take no responsibility for lost or misplaced returns, by any courier involved with the return of the product.

Once Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd has received the returned product, a refund will be issued in the form of the customer’s original payment and a confirmation will be sent.

The customer can expect the refund to be issued, within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Neam Wines Plus Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the above Terms and Conditions without notice.
