The robust nature of the Cabernet grape gives tannin structure and body to the wine while the Shiraz provides suppleness of oak and intensity of the spices.
It’s old-school wine making, but perfectly balanced. Packed with uber ripe, black fruits, dark cherry, compote, notes of spice, black pepper, chocolate, tobacco, and leather. The richness is tamed with good acidity, providing a backbone for all that expressiveness to hang on to.
