This Dutschke Barossa St. Jakobi Shiraz 2001 is the third release of the “St Jakobi”.
This is a wine with similar big, full, rich characters first produced in 1998.
The Shiraz vines on our family vineyard were planted in 1975.
Year after year this fruit provides rich spicy, plum and chocolate characters.
This St. Jakobi Shiraz it gives us dark cherry and delicious chocolate, characters with mouth watering fullness and a structure excellence.
The year 2000 had the best cool and fine conditions, this Shiraz blend is exposes an array of flavours.
Ready to drink and perfectly suitable for longevity in the bottle.
