This 2021 Eden Hall Springton Shiraz is deep crimson-red, with white pepper over savoury black olive on the nose.
A full-bodied wine with a broad palate of chewy black fruits and nougat following through to silky soft tannins wrapped in fruit sweetness.

This St. Jakobi Shiraz 2000 is the third release of the “St Jakobi”, and is a wine with similar big, full, rich characters as the first produced in 1998.
The Shiraz vines on our family vineyard were planted in 1975.
Year after year this fruit provides us with the rich spicy, plum and chocolate like characters that we find in both the St. Jakobi and Oscar Semmler Shiraz.

This 2018 Shiraz is sourced from premium vineyards in the Clare Valley.
Its rich, full bodied and has been matured in French/American oak.
It’s old-school wine making, but perfectly balanced. Packed with uber ripe, black fruits, dark cherry, compote, notes of spice, black pepper, chocolate, tobacco, and leather. The richness is tamed with good acidity, providing a backbone for all that expressiveness to hang on to.
It is produced widely in South Australia, in the warmer climates, the super-ripe Viognier adds notes of apricot and ripe peach to the spicy, plummy, full-bodied Shiraz.
