PAWN LANGHORNE CREEK EL DESPERADO 2019 SHIRAZ A blend of grapes from both our Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek vineyards, we have taken the finest characteristics of each, and handcrafted a full bodied wine that can be both a drink now style or cellar nicely for the medium term.
It’s old-school wine making, but perfectly balanced. Packed with uber ripe, black fruits, dark cherry, compote, notes of spice, black pepper, chocolate, tobacco, and leather. The richness is tamed with good acidity, providing a backbone for all that expressiveness to hang on to.

This St. Jakobi Shiraz 2000 is the third release of the “St Jakobi”, and is a wine with similar big, full, rich characters as the first produced in 1998.
The Shiraz vines on our family vineyard were planted in 1975.
Year after year this fruit provides us with the rich spicy, plum and chocolate like characters that we find in both the St. Jakobi and Oscar Semmler Shiraz.

The 2014 Q Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense deep red colour with a touch of purple hue. The mature berry fruit aroma is lifted by capsicum with a nice oak in the background.
The wine has an intensity rich fruit bodied structure with luscious berry fruits and nuances of chocolate.
